“The Fall of Magic: The Second Season of Elsewhen” is now live for pre-order on Amazon! It’s also live in the Smashwords store and will appear in other retailers over the next few days (Barnes & Noble, iTunes, Kobo, and others). ONLY $1.99 IF YOU PRE-ORDER: the price will double (to $3.99) following general release on October 31, so if you want a great deal, jump NOW and pre-order from your favorite retail site!

Oh, and if you haven’t had a chance to grab “The Summer Apprentice” (the First Season of Elsewhen), watch this blog or at www.PsiWriters.info … you just might be able to grab a FREE copy one weekend in October! (Details aren’t firm yet, but it’s a good bet. Keep watching!)

Lastly, this is the cover you’ll be looking for to pre-order FOM:

We’re participating in a 100+ book sale this weekend! Grab yourself a copy of Sydney Chambers: Captain for just 99c September 3-4 at all our retail partners! (Heck, the price is already lowered at some, like Amazon, so go for it.) This is a part of a national, monthly promotional project:

and we’ll have more books available through this promotion as time goes by. (Hint: with The Fall of Magic heading for pre-order in September and full availability in October, you might watch for a promotion on The Summer Apprentice in the October national sale. Just sayin’….)

On the eve of releasing Astra’s second tale, “The Fall of Magic” (available for pre-order from most retailers September 6), Astra’s first story, “The Summer Apprentice,” has received a cover facelift. The new cover, by artist Kat Martin, should be live in the next day or so on Amazon, B&N, Kobo, iTunes, and other digital retailers:

As for “Fall of Magic,” it, too, will have a gorgeous Kat Martin cover when it posts for pre-order, and then releases for sale in October. I’m so totally jazzed about Kat’s work on the entire Seasons of Elsewhen series (she’s provided covers for all five books)! Here’s what you want to look for on September 6:

Elsewhen marches on!

It’s been over a year since Astra Fairweather was introduced to the world in “The Summer Apprentice,” and pretty soon the next installment of Astra’s story will be available. “The Fall of Magic” is set for pre-order in September with full release in mid-October.

“Fall of Magic” brings with it a gorgeous cover by California-based artist Kat Martin. In fact, Kat has done covers for all five parts of Astra’s story including a brand new (and breathtaking) new cover for the already released “Summer Apprentice”! We’ll be updating the cover on Amazon and all Smashwords-supplied retailers in the next couple of weeks so when “Fall of Magic” posts for pre-order the covers will match. But just for you blog followers, here’s a quick peek at what Astra will look like going forward:

Gorgeous, isn’t it? Check out Kat’s other work on her website: http://katmartin.net/ Who knows? Prints of the Astra covers (untouched by over-printing) may just show up for sale there. Kat has the exclusive rights to sell those prints (and she’s got a lot of other terrific stuff available as well)!

We’re taking part in the annual Smashwords summer sale! Our entire catalog is HALF OFF through July 31, ONLY AT SMASHWORDS.COM. Go to our profile page at Smashwords :

Choose the books you want, then enter the code SSW50 at checkout. It’s that simple! And since we have no plans to ever offer any of these books for a lower price than this – why wait?

This weekend is your last opportunity to snag a copy of “Shadows” at its pre-order price of only $1.99 for an eBook (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, iBooks, etc.) The price is good ONLY THROUGH MONDAY, FEBRUARY 29. It rises to $3.99 (still a steal!) as of Tuesday, March 1.

Of course, you can also opt for a paperback version: list price is $13.99 at CreateSpace.com, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and … well, hopefully elsewhere that I haven’t found yet. (“Relics,” and “Summer Apprentice” are in stock at Powell’s Books; “Sydney Chambers: Captain” is listed but out of stock (which means they sold one or some?). No sign of “Shadows” yet, but wait, wait …

If you can’t wait to get your hands on Christina’s latest exploits, or you prefer the feel of real paper in your hands while you read – and who doesn’t? – your wait is over: the paperback edition of SHADOWS is not available!  As usual, it’s available first directly from the publisher, CreateSpace:

Will be available from Amazon within a couple of days, Monday I hope (2/15); and as soon as the wheels grind far enough, at Barnes & Noble.com and several other online book sellers (Like Powell’s here in the U.S., PBShop UK in the UK, and a raft of others. For now, though, the CreateSpace link above is live … and if you want to know, Tim and I get a few pennies more when you buy directly from CreateSpace. Not that we’re in this to make money or anything, but, well, you know….

(By the way: cover price is $13.99 no matter where you buy.)
